Panchakarma presents a unique approach of Ayurveda with specially designed five procedures of internal purification of the body through nearest possible route. Panchakarma has a full therapy role as promotive, preventive and curative procedure. Due to ignorance, it is often perceived as just another system of oil massage. Panchakarma not only eliminates disease carrying toxins but also revitalizes tissues, allowing permanent healing of tissues and channel. Its useful modality of treatment is in preserving, promoting perfect health, beneficially in strengthening the immune system , restoring balance and wellbeing.
Panchakarma in definition, Pancha means five and Karma means action or therapy. i.e five actions or therapies.

- Svedana [Steam]
- Pradhana karma
- Vamana[ Emesis therapy]
- Virechan [Purgation therapy]
- Basti [Medicated enema]
- Nasya [Nasal administration]
- Raktamokshan [Blood Letting therapy]
- Pashchatkarma
- Sansarjan Kram (Dietetic regimen)
- Rasayanadi Karma (rejuvenation therapy)
- Shamana (alleviation)
Ayurveda advises undergoing Panchakarma at seasonal changes to purify the body, for maintaining mental and physical health. It improves digestion, metabolism and also do relaxation of the mind.
